What are the age and license requirements?Renters must be 25 years or older and license must be 3 years or older.

When is the payment for a service due?Full payment is preferred at the time of booking; however 50% payment of the invoice is required to reserve a specific vehicle for specific dates. The other half is payable on or before the day of service.

Are there any special services offered?Yes, we go above and beyond. Some of our additional services offered are: Leasing of local SIM cards that comes equipped with call time and Gigabytes of data. Currency exchange Suggestions of places to visit Gift giving for your special occasions Discounted pricing for rentals over 7 days. Long term leasing pricing options to name a few.

Is there a Security deposit required?Yes, there is a security deposit that varies depending on the vehicle being rented.

Do you provide day trips?Yes, we do, we offer transportation to local beaches, rivers, museums and other tourist attractions.

Do you deliver to airports and other locations away from your office?Yes we do, we deliver and we also collect offsite. Different locations may attract different costs, make contact for additional details.

What currency are your prices quoted in?Invoices can be quoted in USD or JMD currencies.

What kind of features are your vehicles equipped with?All our vehicles come with Bluetooth radio connectivity. Most vehicles also have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This allows for Maps onscreen for easier navigation. Easy listening of music and programs from your devices as well as safer phone call handling, Some vehicles have parking assist and all have reverse cameras. Some have lane departure warning, Tire pressure monitoring and blind spot monitoring along with other security features.

Do you offer roadside assistance?Yes we do. We have partnerships with companies that offer 24 hour roadside assistance for tire punctures, gas top up, wrecker services etc…

Are prices quoted for tours and excursions inclusive of admissions?No, prices are for transportation only. We can however purchase admission tickets for you at an additional cost.

Can I lease a child seat with our rental?Yes a child seat/booster can be leased at a cost of $30 USD for the length of the rental.

Do you offer hotel to airport transfers?Yes, we do.

Do you accept card payments?Yes we do. We accept Visa and MasterCard, credit and debit card payments.

Are the list of vehicles on your site the only options?No, the list is not exhaustive as we have other vehicles within our network.

Can a rental be extended past the due date?Yes, rental extensions are available based on availability. All days for the extension must be paid at the time of extension.

Do you cater to wedding services?Yes we do, we offer personalized wedding transportation services. Call or message us with your request and we will happily assist.

Are there fees for insurance coverage?Yes, everyone should have the option to rent worry free. Different insurance packages available, make contact for additional details.
